Mitigation Project ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on Mitigation Project Manager to lead daily field operations for our mitigation division. This is not a desk-only management role. This position owns field execution, team performance, job quality, and on-site customer experience.

You will lead crews responding to water, fire, and biohazard losses while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to industry and insurance standards. If you are a strong production leader who knows how to drive urgency, enforce standards, and hold teams accountable — this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily field operations for water, fire, mold, and emergency servicesLead, train, and develop mitigation technicians and field managerEnsure jobs meet timing, margin, and documentation requirementsConduct regular job site visits and reinspectionsReview moisture logs, drying plans, and photo documentation for accuracyMeet with adjusters and customers on-site to resolve issues quicklyParticipate in on-call rotation and oversee emergency response eventsMaintain truck readiness, equipment standards, and inventory controlEnforce safety compliance and industry best practicesHold team members accountable to performance expectationsPerformance ExpectationsJobs completed within budget and drying goals achievedClean documentation with minimal file revisions from carriers/TPAsStrong gross margins on mitigation projectsHigh customer satisfaction scoresOrganized, prepared, and responsive crewsQualificationsInsurance restoration industry experience REQUIRED5+ years of mitigation experience with team leadership responsibilitiesStrong understanding of carrier program compliance and documentation standardsExperience managing residential and commercial losses (including large-loss)Proficient with mitigation software (MICA/Mitigate, Dash, Xactanalysis, Symbility)Estimating experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferredIICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, FSRT preferred)Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug screeningWillingness to work nights/weekends as needed in emergency situationsCompensation & Benefits$50,000 base salary (based on experience and certifications)Performance-based bonus tied to division profitability and job performanceVehicle allowance, cell phone, and laptop providedHealth, dental, and vision insurancePTO, sick days, and paid holidaysLeadership development and paid trainingOpportunity for advancementAbout UsWe are part of the nationally recognized Paul Davis Restoration network, an industry leader in insurance restoration and reconstruction across the United States and Canada.
