We are a high performing, close knit team that believes:Details are everything because accuracy drives trust, speed, and getting paidWe care genuinely and show up for our customers and each otherWe support fiercely because our people are our secret sauceWe generate smiles by creating a better experience even in tough situationsIf you take pride in your work, don't cut corners, and want to be part of a growing team that has your back, you will fit right in.What You'll DoYou will own mitigation projects from first setup through final close-out, ensuring every job is executed properly, documented thoroughly, and communicated clearly to everyone who needs to know.Manage water, mold, and specialty mitigation jobs from start to finishSupervise mitigation technicians and laborers in the fieldEnsure compliance with IICRC S500/S520 standards and company SOPsMonitor job timelines, labor allocation, and equipment usageCommunicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the life of each jobReview documentation and job quality prior to close-outCoordinate with production, sales, and leadership to stay alignedWhat Success Looks LikeYour jobs close on time, on scope, and with complete documentationYour crews are informed, accountable, and executing to standardYou protect quality and margin without letting details slip through the cracksAdjusters and clients trust you because you communicate proactively and follow throughWhat We're Looking For3 to 5 years of mitigation project management experienceStrong working knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standardsProven leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple active losses simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and personal accountabilityStrong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and internal teamsProblem solver with a sense of urgency and respect for processWork EnvironmentFull time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
