We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage "Like it never even happened®!"Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCreate and maintain budgets based off scope of repairs and insure project come in on time and underbudget.Pulls permits required by municipality. Contacts building department to discuss items unique to the project.Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assetsFollow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all timesParticipate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammatesPosition RequirementsEffective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skillsExperience in reconstruction/remolding preferredHigh school diploma/GEDXactimate® experience a PLUS!Valid drivers license requiredAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay Rate Competitive salary based on experience plus Commission.
