Mitigation Manager

Mitigation ManagerThe Mitigation Manager must be able to respond, sell, and successfully manage water mitigation projects for both residential and commercial.Other Responsibilities Include:Managing all communications with insurance carriers and clients regarding mitigationAccurately tracking payroll of our employees and contracted workersFollowing established safety rules and regulationsMaintaining a safe and clean environment for the employeesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with agents and adjustorsTraining and guiding the mitigation technician team members through the mitigation processMonitoring guidelines and profitability of specific insurance programs.Creating accurate scopes of work and creating profitable estimates based on this scope of workEvaluating team member performanceCompleting necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilizing proprietary softwareAny other duties assigned by the managerQualifications:· Either Associates Degree or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in emergency mitigation services required· IICRC certification in Water (WRT), Advanced Structural Drying (ASD) and Carpet Cleaning (CCT) preferred· Xactimate experience preferred· Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to: MS-Excel, Word, and Outlook· Willingness to work on-call rotation to handle water losses· Ability to understand and comply with all policies and procedures., attendance, conduct and so forth as documented in the Employee Handbook.
