Mitigation Manager – Lead & Elevate Our Restoration TeamWe're looking for a hands-on Mitigation Manager to lead our water, mold, fire, and smoke restoration division. In this critical role, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, manage field teams, and ensure excellence in service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.If you're a seasoned mitigation pro with strong leadership skills and IICRC certifications—or on your way there—this is your chance to take the lead and grow with a top-performing team.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and support Project Managers, Lead Techs, and Mitigation TechniciansEnsure jobs meet quality standards, deadlines, and documentation accuracyVisit job sites to monitor progress, safety, and customer satisfactionCoordinate scheduling, dispatch, and equipment logisticsApprove estimates and job documentation (Xactimate or similar)Collaborate with insurance adjusters, agents, and clients to resolve claimsTrain, mentor, and develop your team for continuous improvementMaintain profitability by managing labor, materials, and timelinesEnsure all safety and compliance policies (OSHA, IICRC) are followedHandle escalated job-site issues or customer concernsAssist with large-loss jobs and emergency planningWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus5+ years in mitigation/restoration, with 2+ years in a leadership roleValid driver's license and clean driving recordIICRC Certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRTStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Xactimate and digital job management toolsSolid knowledge of the insurance claims processOn-call availability as neededPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 70 lbs and work in tight, high-moisture environmentsFrequent standing, walking, crawling, and climbingMust use respirators and safety gear as requiredWhy Join Us:Lead a respected, high-performing mitigation teamCompetitive pay, bonuses, and training opportunitiesWork for a trusted name in restorationMake a difference helping people recover from unexpected disastersReady to lead with impact?
