To support effective patient care, the part-time PRN Missouri Licensed Utilization Management RN will facilitate care management processes, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate on patient throughput in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Facilitate the Mercy Care Management model for assigned inpatient populations Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety Monitor and optimize performance metrics related to patient throughput and care quality Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current nursing license in the state of residence 2-3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient medical information Advanced computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
