Supporting quality assurance in home health, the full-time Missouri Licensed Quality Assurance RN will focus on OASIS review, clinical accuracy, and compliance while working remotely to enhance documentation and care standards. Key responsibilities Review and validate OASIS assessments (SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge) with a clinical perspective Ensure alignment of documentation, coding, and OASIS with patient conditions Collaborate with clinicians to provide feedback and promote consistency in documentation and care Required qualifications Active Missouri RN license OASIS Certification required (COS-C or equivalent) Recent home health RN experience Strong knowledge of OASIS, documentation, and home health regulations Detail-oriented with confident clinical judgment
