Missouri Licensed Obesity Medicine Physician

To support a growing telehealth practice, the Modified Full Time W2 Missouri Licensed Obesity Medicine Physician will provide longitudinal care for patients with obesity, collaborate with a care team, and participate in after-hours call schedules, all while working remotely for 32 hours per week. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care focused on evidence-based obesity treatment and chronic weight management Participate in treatment planning and medical management for complex cases, ensuring quality and continuity of care Assist in the professional development of advanced practice professionals and contribute to team-based care initiatives Required qualifications MD or DO degree with board certification as an American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) diplomate Active medical license to practice in Missouri, Alabama, or Mississippi, with multi-state practice capability preferred Experience conducting telemedicine visits and collaborating with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
