To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Missouri Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy. Key responsibilities Manage a full panel of patients, providing ongoing relationship-based care and addressing various health concerns Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies Document patient interactions and follow through on care plans while meeting productivity benchmarks in a high-volume environment Required qualifications Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years of experience in synchronous telemedicine 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
