To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder, a Missouri Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide remote telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination in either a full-time or part-time capacity, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote long-term recovery. Key responsibilities Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use and overall functioning Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the care team and external providers to deliver coordinated care Required qualifications Active and unrestricted NP license in Missouri Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable) Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry Board certification in specialty preferred Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
