Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and collaborate with other mental health providers as needed. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+) Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations Utilize data to inform treatment adjustments based on client progress and collaborate with other providers when necessary Required qualifications Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Missouri At least 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and a minimum of six months of teletherapy experience Proficient in clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9, for tracking client progress Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a commitment to ongoing training and support during the initial weeks
