Missouri Licensed Finance Director

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Missouri Licensed Finance Director, the full-time position will manage financial planning, budgeting, and compliance while collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure fiscal health Direct daily operational activities and implement policies that support organizational efficiency Develop and maintain processes and controls to enhance financial and operational integrity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred 7-10 years of experience in financial management, operations, or organizational administration Experience in nonprofit or public sector environments is a strong plus Proven ability to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards, with specific knowledge of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) valued
