Key responsibilities: Manage case management services for children and families in community settings Implement treatment plans developed by Master level clinicians and develop crisis plans Coordinate care with families, schools, and community resources while providing 24/7 on-call availability Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field At least 1 year of applicable experience in case management Clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
