To provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, the remote contract Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) will manage client sessions while receiving administrative support for billing and insurance, allowing for a focus on patient care. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, building a personalized caseload Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor to accrue hours toward full licensure Utilize digital tools and EHR systems to maintain client records and ensure HIPAA compliance Required qualifications Valid LMSW license in good standing in Missouri Master's degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet access
