Leading a remote team, the full-time Missouri Licensed Appeals Supervisor will manage the processing and review of appeals, disputes, and reconsiderations while ensuring compliance with state and NCQA requirements. Key responsibilities: Monitor and track appeals, disputes, and reconsiderations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Provide expert knowledge and guidance to the team for issue resolution and compliance with NCQA standards Evaluate team performance, offer feedback, and assist with onboarding and training of new team members Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of related experience in managed care, appeals, or claims Strong understanding of contract requirements, policies, and performance standards Experience in coaching and developing team members Availability to work Central Time Zone hours
