Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Engineer for data center MEP project engineering and field coordination in the Phoenix, AZ market.
Pay: $180,000-$220,000/year, based on experience
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs
Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
* Support project managers and field teams with MEP-heavy data center construction execution
* Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, procurement items, change documentation, and field issues
* Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, commissioning, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams
* Help maintain schedules, progress tracking, punch lists, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation
* Communicate clearly with project stakeholders and keep technical documentation organized
Requirements:
* Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure construction exposure
* Project engineering, field engineering, assistant project management, or coordinator experience on technical builds
* Ability to read drawings/specifications and track RFIs, submittals, changes, issues, and documentation
* Strong organization, communication, and follow-through in a fast-moving construction environment
* Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning milestones, NEC/NFPA concepts, and project controls is preferred
* Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ market and complete any site onboarding requirements
* Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments
