To support the oncology team, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Triage Nurse will provide remote telephone triage and clinical support for patients, working 32 hours every two weeks with a schedule of Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Key responsibilities Assesses patients to identify health, safety, or educational needs Implements nursing interventions based on the established plan of care Facilitates continuity of care through collaboration with the healthcare team Required qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 5 years of clinical RN experience with strong assessment skills Experience in patient education and proactive disease management Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support certification upon hire
