Minnesota Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Therapist will provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver evidence-based therapy, including family-based treatment (FBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), for patients with eating disorders Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, ensuring quality documentation and ongoing assessment of needs Engage in team meetings and training sessions, collaborating with physicians, dietitians, and patient mentors Required qualifications Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Minnesota Ability to manage a diverse caseload of patients with varying degrees of acuity Commitment to providing care during evenings, specifically until 8pm two nights a week Strong passion for evidence-based care and mental health treatment Experience in virtual therapy settings is preferred but not required
