To support a leading neuroscience institute, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Stroke Neurologist will provide expert care for stroke patients, manage neurological emergencies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while working remotely and on-site at various top-tier hospitals in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care for neurological emergencies and stroke patients, utilizing vascular neurology expertise Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient health outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coordinate care based on comprehensive patient assessments Required qualifications Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited institution Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Neurology Fellowship training in Stroke Neurology preferred, or relevant Stroke Program experience Licensed Physician in Minnesota and Wisconsin upon hire, with appropriate certifications (ACLS/BLS, DEA, etc.) Telemedicine experience preferred
