To support Minnesota K-12 schools, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Speech Pathologist will deliver high-quality speech and language instruction, evaluate student progress, and design individualized treatment plans as a 1099 Independent Contractor for the school year. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging virtual speech and language instruction while building rapport with students Evaluate students' speech and language levels and create actionable goals based on findings Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals, collaborating with school staff and administrators Required qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Minnesota professional license No disciplinary actions on any held licenses Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy in a school/IEP context Reliable technology setup, including webcam, headset, and high-speed internet Authorization to work in the United States
