Minnesota Licensed Senior Accounts Manager

Overseeing the complete order-to-cash cycle, the full-time remote Minnesota Licensed Senior Accounts Manager will manage billing, revenue recognition, credit, collections, and cash application while leading an offshore accounts receivable team in Bangladesh. Key responsibilities Direct and manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including billing and collections Lead and develop the offshore accounts receivable team, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management Implement data-driven collections strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections, with at least 3 years in a management role Knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite Experience managing offshore teams and working in a rapidly growing company Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous process improvement
