To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time Minnesota Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying minimal administrative burdens in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal crisis responsibilities Exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support team Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
