To lead a dynamic Radiation Therapy program, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Radiation Therapy Director will manage curriculum development, oversee faculty staffing, and teach six courses annually, with the flexibility to work remotely from select states. Key responsibilities Manage curriculum design, accreditation processes, and student learning assessments Recruit and evaluate faculty to ensure effective program staffing and support Administer academic program operations, including course scheduling and student applications Required qualifications Master's degree (or commitment to complete within three years of employment) Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in radiation therapy Three years of clinical experience in radiation therapy Two years of teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program Proficiency in curriculum design and program administration
