Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the Minnesota Licensed Prior Authorizations Supervisor will manage prior authorization and reimbursement support operations for pain intervention therapies, ensuring service excellence and timely patient access. Key responsibilities Supervise daily prior authorization and reimbursement support operations for pain intervention therapies Coach, develop, and manage team performance to achieve service, quality, and productivity objectives Monitor payer requirements and resolve complex reimbursement and coverage issues with stakeholders Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of supervisory experience Experience in customer service, patient access, reimbursement support, or healthcare operations Experience leading or supervising teams Familiarity with healthcare payers and authorization processes Proficiency with customer service systems and Microsoft Office applications
