Minnesota Licensed Physical Therapist

To support Minnesota K-12 schools, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Physical Therapist will evaluate student motor functions, develop treatment plans, and document progress towards IEP goals as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Key responsibilities Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to individual student needs Document sessions and record data on student progress towards IEP goals Required qualifications Active physical therapy license issued by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Experience with reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms and strong technical setup Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families Authorization to work in the United States
