To support a growing practice, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Outpatient Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic services to the senior population, utilizing evidence-based approaches and ensuring compliant documentation. Key responsibilities Collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to deliver services to seniors Develop, personalize, and update treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within designated time-frames Required qualifications Valid Minnesota licensure in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LGSW, LISW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients through kindness and accountability
