To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Minnesota Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, utilizing various therapeutic modalities while maintaining flexible scheduling and evening availability. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting Collaborate with a full-time Admissions & Assessment team to ensure a steady caseload and predictable schedules Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance care and professional development Required qualifications Independently licensed counselor in Minnesota or a compact state Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status Familiarity with cloud-based tools and electronic medical records (EMR)
