To support a dedicated healthcare team, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Geriatric RN will plan, organize, and provide professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes Implement nursing interventions based on the plan of care and evaluate patient responses Deliver patient care as delegated by physicians and continuously seek to improve processes and workflows Required qualifications RN license in the state of practice, with potential for additional state RN licenses required for some positions
