To support a patient-centered practice, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Endocrinologist will provide outpatient care remotely, focusing on diabetes management and utilizing the latest diabetes-related devices, with a commitment of 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities Manage outpatient care for patients, with an expected volume of 16 patients per day Apply and analyze the latest diabetes-related devices, including pumps, sensors, and meters Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists and support staff Required qualifications Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology Ability to work remotely, with availability during standard business hours Experience in managing diabetes and related conditions Strong commitment to patient-centered care Willingness to adhere to telehealth protocols and practices
