Minnesota Licensed Dietitian

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition care for families dealing with eating disorders, collaborating with a treatment team and conducting telehealth sessions. Key responsibilities Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into healthy relationships with food Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through regular telehealth meetings, including nutrition assessments and meal plan prescriptions Communicate effectively with the treatment team and families regarding meal plans and nutrition-related concerns Required qualifications Active license as a Dietitian in Minnesota Bachelor's degree or coursework accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Licensed RDN required, with preferred experience in eating disorders and family-based treatment approaches Ability to manage a caseload of up to 80 patients Experience working on interdisciplinary teams and strong organizational skills
