Minnesota Licensed Dietitian

To provide comprehensive nutrition care, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Dietitian will develop menus, assess resident dietary needs, and assist with food service operations in a hybrid role allowing for up to 40% remote work, with no weekends or holidays required. Key responsibilities Completes nutrition assessments and collaborates with the care team to ensure cohesive resident care Establishes meal plans based on individual care plans and provides nutrition education to residents and families Monitors dining service outcomes and participates in quality assurance initiatives while assisting with meal preparation and service Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited program by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 900 hours of supervised professional experience in nutrition and dietetics Maintains Registration and License in Minnesota, meeting CEU requirements Certified Food Protection Manager or eligible within 90 days of hire Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
