To support Medicare members and providers, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will manage Medicare Part D pharmacy benefit requests and appeals, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with CMS guidelines. Key Responsibilities Accurately set up and process Medicare Part D cases and appeals Thoroughly review clinical documentation and apply clinical judgment in decision-making Document case reviews and decisions clearly while maintaining productivity and quality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required Active Pharmacist/RPh license in good standing in the state of residence Strong clinical judgment and pharmacy knowledge Ability to work independently in a productivity-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
