Supporting cardiologists in a fast-paced environment, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Cardiovascular Technologist will assist with procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, operate specialized equipment, and train staff while working onsite with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and overnights. Key responsibilities Accepts and assesses patients to determine handling and special requirements Monitors patient hemodynamic status and reports changes to the physician Maintains and operates complex equipment within the cardiac catheterization laboratory Required qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of allied health services in cardiovascular/cardiopulmonary technology and radiography techniques Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as a Registered Technologist Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification (RCIS) or eligible, with a requirement to obtain within one year of hire date
