Minnesota Licensed Call Specialist

To support the All of Us research program, the remote part-time Minnesota Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities while managing participant retention efforts and coordinating with research teams. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and obtaining informed consent Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for enrollment and retention activities Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
