Leading audit and attestation engagements, the full-time hybrid Minnesota Licensed Assurance Supervisor will oversee project execution, review financial processes, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff in a diverse range of industries throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. Key responsibilities: Lead and review audit, review, compilation, and other attestation engagements for various clients Develop engagement plans and timelines to ensure successful project completion Supervise and mentor associates and senior associates, providing ongoing feedback and support Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 150 credit hours 4+ years of progressively challenging Public Accounting experience Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze client data and effectively delegate and supervise work of less experienced staff
