Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive gynecological procedures, including urogynecology, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Work closely with a highly experienced physician, with excellent mentorship available for new grads
• Treat patients 18 years of age and older, with a strong focus on minimally invasive surgeries and urogynecological conditions
• Leverage a large referral base from a regional draw area encompassing 14 counties, serving a population of over 350,000

Compensation

• $275,000 income guarantee with additional earning potential based on productivity, with 75% or more of MGMA potential

Requirements

• Must be MIGs (Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery) trained
• At least 1-2 years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply with the ability to receive mentorship
