Specifics of The Role
- Full time outpatient position, minimal IP consults will be required
- Office hours of operation: Monday-Friday
- Flexible hours available to accommodate work life balance
- Call requirement is minimal ; allows for great work/life balance!
- Group consists of physicians and APPs that are dedicated to providing quality team based care to adults with chronic conditions throughout Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio
