Selmet is seeking a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in our precision aerospace titanium casting facility in Springfield, OR. This role performs mechanical and some electrical troubleshooting on furnaces, conveyors, CNC and finishing equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and safety. The Millwright will interpret blueprints and schematics, perform alignments, lubrication, welding and fabrication, and complete preventive maintenance.
You’ll support continuous improvement, document work in maintenance systems, and collaborate closely with production and engineering in a clean, safety-focused environment.
