This role is open to entry-level candidates looking to gain hands on construction experience as well as junior level candidates with prior rigging or mechanical background.

Depending on your experience, you will perform general labor, foundation work, mechanical assembly, and rigging tasks under appropriate levels of supervision. Entry-level employees receive close guidance and training, while more experienced individuals take on routine and moderately complex assignments with increased independence.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, outdoor environments, and seasonal construction projects. The average construction season typically runs from May through November, with extended hours during peak project periods.Your Key Responsibilities:Assist with the construction, assembly, and installation of ski lift systems following established proceduresPerform foundation and structural work including site preparation, excavation, form work, rebar placement, and concrete pouringSupport mechanical assembly, rigging, steel erection, and alignment tasksAssist with or support crane, forklift, and telehandler operations after training and authorizationClimb towers and work at heights up to 80 feet using approved fall protection systemsRead and interpret construction drawings or layout plans for assigned tasks (experience-dependent)Transport tools and materials across rocky, uneven, and steep terrainMaintain job site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standardsCommunicate with supervisors and team members regarding task progress and material needsWork extended hours (60+ per week) during peak season in variable mountain weather conditionsYour Profile:0–4 years of experience in construction, labor, rigging, or mechanical assemblyHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred/required depending on experience levelBasic to proficient knowledge of construction and rigging practicesAbility to safely use hand and power toolsComfortable working at heights with fall protection systems (training provided)Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
