MillwrightArizona, Arizona, United StatesAbout the JobOur client is currently seeking a Millwright to join their team.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment in compliance with all plant policies and proceduresPerform periodic maintenance to identify and correct mechanical defects before they lead to equipment failures and downtimeWork with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needsTroubleshoot and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment to include but not limited to motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production line equipmentRead diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers' specifications for installationsAdhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participating in safety programHelp to meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality maintenance programBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED5 years or more of Journey-level millwright experienceExperience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumaticsExperience with fabricating, torch cutting, and arc weldingExperience with reading blueprints and precision measurementsExperience with precision installation and alignmentExperience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors, rollers, pulleys, and shafts
