* Read & Interpret Blueprints
* Ability to Layout for proper Installation of Kitchen Cabinets, Wall Paneling, Wood ceiling, etc
* Scribing techniques
* Able to provide accurate measurements
* Precise with material cutting
* Skilled use of hand and power tools
* Compliance with safety protocols: OSHA 10 & OSHA 30
* Listening skills
* Follow Instructions
* Be on time!
* Able to drive and fly for out of state projects
