Summary
We are seeking a motivated CNC Milling Machinist to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is vital in ensuring our shared commitment to accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery of precision components to our customers. Responsibilities
• Set-up, operate, and enter offset adjustments, on multiple CNC milling machines
• Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control. Confirm the production and inspection documentation is accurately filled out.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment, and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations
• Conduct other related duties as assigned
• Report any problems or discrepancies to supervisor
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 4-years CNC machining work experience or related schooling
• Exceedingly proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T principles
• Adept in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and indicators
