An affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, Farm Service Elevator processes 6.5 million bushels of corn to manufacture over 350,000 tons of poultry feed sold primarily to commercial farms and independent poultry growers throughout Minnesota. $2000 Sign-on Bonus!!
Summary of Responsibilities:Responsible for making safe, quality feed including but not limited to:Ensure feed is batched and pelleted correctlyEnsure medication is added to feed correctlyEnsure downstream ingredients are applied correctlyEnsure finished feed is stored correctlyFilling bins with correct bagged ingredientsEnsure housekeeping and preventative maintenance is completedResponsible for completing logs according to SQF codeWilling to work in adverse weather conditions and heightsProvides a high level of customer serviceEnsures equipment is in safe operating condition and operates all machinery in compliance with FSE safety and OSHA guidelinesThis is a Day shift position 7 AM - 5 PM Monday – Friday and will be in a Saturday rotation depending on needs. The Ideal Candidate Summary:High school diploma/GED required.Special Boiler License preferred.
