Roll Form Mill OperatorAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Roll Form Mill Operator. This position will be responsible for the roll form operations and equipment of the mill to insure continuous operation during the shift. This will be a 2nd shift position; Monday - Friday, 3:00pm to 1:30am.What you will be doing:Safety, quality, priorities above allFocus on the keeping the mill operationalMaintain clean, safe, organized work area, 5SCross Training of team members on parts programming and mill set upsTPM of process and equipment in the areaCoordinate daily and weekly activities with department supervisorPerform visual and manual quality checks of finished products.Minimize scrapWork with maintenance hands on to get issues resolved in a timely manner.The skills and experience you need:Education:High school or equivalentExperience:Experience in using special measuring devices, calipers, tape measure.Must be able to navigate, set up equipment controller for proper operation and parts programming.Roll Tooling experience with set ups and change over.Change out press dies, cut off jaws, blades, and refill oil levels of equipment.Demonstrate ability to meet negotiated time framesGood Mechanical AptitudeForklift and overhead crane certificationExperience with Robot programmingOther:Must be able to document down time through seamless reporting system to drive KPI trackingGood communication skills with coworkers to insure continuous flow of the mill and material handler for proper tagging of product.Ability to think and react to schedule changes and conditions on the mill.Ability to be a contributing and valued team member for continuous improvement activities.This role is located in Tulsa, OK.ASSA ABLOY is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veteran
