Milcon Program ManagerRiverside Research and the IDS Business Unit are seeking a full time MILCON Program Manager in the Dayton, OH area. This position will provide MILCON management support for the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) MILCON project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.Responsibilities include:Providing experienced MILCON liaison support to define MILCON requirements; interface with the mission customer and external agencies; manage the design and construction project.Coordinating with project managers and end users to develop 1391 Military Construction (MILCON) project requirements for the maintenance and improvement of base facilities and infrastructure.Providing key MILCON communications for NSIC leadership, Distinguished Visitors, and the general NSIC population.Utilizing change management best practices to communicate change such as construction progress, parking, mission location, and other changes affecting the NSIC population.Providing facility management occupancy planning, process & procedures modernization, and change management communications.Providing vendor, NSIC mission, and Base CE project integration to include escorting uncleared project vendors and government representatives to ensure projects can be accomplished with minimal to no NSIC mission interruption.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications include:Top Secret/SCI US Government Security ClearancePMP Certification12 years experience in managing construction projects, preferably ICD 705 constructionExpertise in project management software (Primavera)Global Comp: $125,000- $165,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.Riverside Research Institute is a not-for-profit, technology-oriented defense company, where service to our customers and support of our staff is our overall mission.
