Job Title: Migration Program Lead (Technical Migration Consultant)

Experience: 12+ years

We are seeking an experienced Migration Program Lead (Technical Migration Consultant) with 10+ years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure and cloud migration programs. This role will serve as the technical authority for migrations from Azure Stack Hub (ASH) and Azure Stack Edge (ASE) to Azure and Azure Local , partnering closely with customers, Microsoft engineering teams, and cloud architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead migration architecture, planning, and execution for hybrid cloud environments.
• Assess customer infrastructure, migration readiness, risks, dependencies, and remediation requirements.
• Define migration strategies covering compute, storage, networking, identity, security, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Drive technical discovery workshops and review migration runbooks, rollback plans, and operational readiness.
• Validate migration automation, PowerShell scripts, and deployment frameworks.
• Act as a Tier 3/4 escalation point for complex migration issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Product Engineering, Account Teams, CSA teams, and Support organizations.
• Develop technical documentation, migration best practices, troubleshooting guides, and reusable engineering assets.

• Cloud Migration Architecture

Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator, PMP, Agile/Scrum.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
