MIG Welder – Stainless Steel

Staff Force Personnel Services is currently hiring experienced MIG Welders for a cabinet manufacturing company in Elgin, TX.

We are looking for dependable, skilled welders with experience welding stainless steel who can produce quality work while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime: Available as needed
• Pay: $20–$23 per hour , depending on experience
• Location: Elgin, TX

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on stainless steel components used in cabinet manufacturing.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Measure, fit, align, and weld metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and proper appearance.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and other finishing work as needed.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Work closely with other production team members to complete cabinet assemblies.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience is required .
• Experience welding stainless steel is strongly preferred .
• Manufacturing, metal fabrication, or cabinet manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read basic measurements and welding specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and work with metal components.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to safely wear required PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing.
