MIG Welder

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Optional Overtime Available:Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on production components and assemblies.
  • Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment for safe and efficient operation.
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production inconsistencies.
  • Complete daily production records and progress documentation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe working condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of MIG welding experience.
  • Ability to pass a weld test.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
