Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on structural mild steel components.
- Fabricate metal parts according to specifications and project guidelines.
- Conduct self-inspections of welds to ensure quality and precision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station.
- Adhere to all shop safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with MIG structural mild steel welding .
- Open to recent trade school graduates with strong hands-on training.
- Must pass an in-person weld test.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and punctuality.
- Ability to work the 6:00 AM shift schedule consistently.
