In this role, you will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on custom metal components, and complete basic finishing and assembly. You will inspect work for accuracy, follow strict safety and quality standards, and collaborate with a team focused on craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
